CZ Technology also proposes itself with partial or complete refurbishment, mechanical and electric assistance, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and spare parts sale. With the overhauls is provided a new electric cabinet, completely digitally controlled through the use of primary brands such as Plc Siemens or Omron, HMI touch screen, ABB motors, Siemens Sinamics drives that guarantee lower energy consumption. We also propose innovations such as a new type of analog sensor on the distributor, angle position and dancer, in order to reduce mechanical wear and increase the performance, the speed and precision. New wiring harnesses are completely redone on the machine, new SMC solenoid valves are installed. The various push-buttons panels are replaced with new ones equipped with the last generation of color touch screen. With the electrical overhaul we guarantee a minimum stop in production; in fact the work is performed directly onsite, where the machine to be refurbished is installed, in 2-3 days; it is not necessary to send the machine to Italy. After our intervention, the customer can keep the old electrical cabinet and all the material removed from the machine as spare parts for other identical machines he could have.
